Anticorruption default
The President Yanukovych repeatedly referred to the GRECO’s position (Groups of states against corruption) that conducts monitoring of implementation of anticorruption obligations of Ukraine. Supreme Court of Ukraine condemned a judge-briber
Supreme Court of Ukraine ruling judge of the Komsomol district court of Kherson, which was detained by the employees of SSU during the receipt of bribe, acknowledged guilty in the commission of crime, foreseen part.2 art.368 (receipt of bribe) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. There is a judge in 2006, cumshawing, extorted thousand USA dollars from the official representative of citizens for an assistance in adoption of child-invalid.

KIEV, Ukraine -- When democracy activist Volodymyr Podrezov went on a hunger strike to protest alleged election fraud, authorities in Kiev were quick to respond. They set up a fair right near Podrezov's tent and bused in farmers to sell steaming grilled meat and bakers to hand out free pancakes with sour cream and jam.
